Back Orders
If stock is temporarily unavailable and needs to be put on back order, customers will be kept appraised of the situation at all times. All other goods on the order will be sent in a timely manner unless stated otherwise by the customer.
Product Warranty
Chint, Volt, Noark and Astronergy products supplied by QC Electrics Ltd come with a minimum 12 month warranty with most products having either 5 or 12 year warranties. For further details about the warranty on our product range give us a call today.
Returns Policy
Specially ordered item returns and product replacements or refunds are available at our discretion. Your sales rep will let you know if your specially ordered product is non-returnable upon quoting or ordering of the goods.
On the rare occasion that a faulty product is found we will endeavor to process any queries in a timely manner. If you are having trouble with any product don’t hesitate to get in contact with us. Goods will be picked up by our rep or via courier and either refunded or replaced.Product testing will be carried out to identify the fault cause and we will follow up with the results. We pride ourselves as having a reputation of only supplying high quality products and we take any faults very seriously.
Shipping
We strive to get all orders processed a timely manner – to ensure this, send order information to sales@qcelectrics.co.nz. See below for approximate delivery times for both courier van and transport truck.
North Island:
• Auckland – same day or following day
• Anywhere else – following day
South Island:
• 2 day standard
• Overnight delivery available at additional cost
Cut off times:
• Courier – 3.30pm
• Transport truck – 9.30am
The above turnaround times depend on when the order has been placed and can vary during busy periods.QC Electrics do offer a delivery service for local orders if necessary. We will keep you informed if we are unable to meet the deadline stated on any purchases.
All orders are freight free unless stated otherwise.
If you notice shipping damage upon delivery of goods, note the fact with the driver and contact sales@qcelectrics.co.nz within 7 days of receipt of the damaged parcel. A claim will be made with the carrier and QC Electrics Ltd will organise to have the damaged goods picked up. Repair or replacement of your product will be organised at no additional charge and the goods will be resent.
QC Electrics Ltd accepts no responsibility for goods not received due to the supply of incorrect shipping details.At all times, however, we will ensure that goods are received by the customer in perfect condition and when anticipated or advised. Problems are rare, and are usually resolved to the complete satisfaction of the customer.
